Will India Participate In Asia Cup 2025? Schedule Likely To Be Out Soon;



India has officially secured the hosting rights for the 2025 edition of the tournament. However, due to ongoing diplomatic tensions with Pakistan, there’s talk about possibly moving the event to a neutral location or even splitting it between venues.
As for India’s participation in the Asia Cup 2025, things are still up in the air. The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) is expected to make a final call on the tournament within the next week. According to a report from Cricbuzz, if all goes well, we could see the official tournament calendar announced in early July. The event is set to kick off around September 10, aligning with its proposed start in the second week of the month.

Maharashtra has decided to scrap its language policy resolution, following accusations of imposing Hindi. The Maharashtra government has decided to scrap its revised resolution on the three-language policy for schools. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has announced the formation of a committee to figure out the next steps. After a Cabinet meeting, Mr. Fadnavis shared, "We've agreed to set up a committee led by Dr. Narendra Jadhav. This group will look into when the languages should be introduced, how to implement them, and what options should be available for students. Once this committee submits its report, the state government will make a final call on the three-language policy.
